LEO Goes Bigger in Nashville

  • October 23 2025

LEO has experienced unprecedented revenue and employee growth with a 510% increase in revenue and a 155% workforce expansion in just the last five years. To accommodate our fast-growing teams, we first expanded our offices in Chattanooga, adding 34 new work stations within an additional 16,000+ square-feet of space. We also just celebrated the grand opening of our recently-purchased building in Nashville, located in the historic, vibrant, and bustling Hillsboro Village neighborhood.

Previously owned by recording artist Toby Keith, the building has a rich history having been designed by renowned Nashville architect Earl Swensson, who is recognized for designing many of the city’s most notable buildings. The hip, versatile space has been outfitted with 40 individual workspaces, an ultra modern co-working/gathering area, and a new, in-house virtual production studio, Kingfisher, that will be managed by LEO’s talented media team.

The addition of Kingfisher adds inherent value to the business, uniquely positioning our teams to better serve clients, existing and prospective. Not only does it broaden our menu of creative offerings, but it will also allow us to more quickly and efficiently develop the highest caliber of creative content, all in house. In addition to a traditional green-screen space, the studio will feature editing suites, multi-use animation bays, and gear that unlocks unmatched XR abilities through tech only available in a handful of studios in the southeast.

“Through our new space and the strategic opening of Kingfisher, we are actively broadening our creative palette of service offerings we can pitch to clients, both existing and prospective,” LEO Events Principal, Kent Underwood, said.

LEO’s revamped presence in Nashville marks our commitment to offering unrivaled client services in experiential marketing and an eagerness to continue forging strong partnerships – local and otherwise – that are mutually beneficial and designed to promote continued success. As a woman-owned, full-service live events agency with a full-time staff of more than 110 team members, LEO brings a full spectrum of capabilities to every program, from strategy to production to creative and beyond. Our leadership asserts that the investment in the new building and production studio is about more than an upgraded work space; it’s about sharing in Nashville’s incredible forward momentum and future.

“Nashville has become a hub for creativity and innovation, and we want to be right at the heart of it, building partnerships and expanding the services we can offer clients,” Senior Director of Media Production at LEO, Stacey Ladd, said. “Between the new Nashville office and the Kingfisher launch, we’re really doubling down on what this market means to us. We’re committed to investing in this city, our people, and the clients we serve here.”
